Overview

Working within a global and complex business, we are looking for a candidate with a solid product marketing and campaign management background. This is a high profile role working alongside Category Managers and Business Intelligence teams. You be responsible for creating product marketing campaigns for 3 major customer channels. We are looking for a marketer at heart, however this role requires someone that is very commercial minded, that will be able to create tactical campaigns that will deliver the best ROI. You will gain a thorough understanding of vendor agreements for branded products and how to best maximize results.

This is a commercial product marketing role, and the successful candidate will need to have excellent analytical skills and be able to manipulate Business Intelligence reports on product performance. It will be key to understand the market and how products are performing or not, and to use this information in your campaign management.

Ideally you will be used to working within a retail or FMCG type business and have experience of promoting products via tactical campaigns. You will be a person that can work with detail, however also has a creative approach.

It is expected that successful candidates will have the following:

  • Experience of product marketing or product management coupled with creating promotional campaigns across various mediums, online, direct mail, email campaigns etc.
  • Product background, ideally working with retail or FMCG.
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build relationships.
  • Commercial aware with strong analytical skills.
  • Creative flair for promotional activity.
